Sanjay Khanduri

Sanjay Khanduri is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and founding partner of Silver Spring Capital, based in Hong Kong. Before founding Silver Spring Capital, Sanjay was a Derivatives trader, trading options, exotics and structures for Standard Chartered Bank in Asia. He has also seed and venture funded companies in biotech and internet technology, with focus on genome based oncology research and companies in online-bill aggregation & payment space. Sanjay has a MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU. He also conducts guest lectures in quantitative finance and valuation at IIM Lucknow and writes finance cases for HKUST Business School

Eric Liang

Eric Liang is a Managing Director and founding partner of Silver Spring Capital. Based in Princeton, New Jersey, Eric travels frequently between US and Asia, working extensively with companies in China on private equity/VC, M&A, and corporate finance deals. His focused areas of investment include software, IT services, internet and consumer services, and education. Before joining Silver Spring Capital, Eric was a serial entrepreneur. He founded companies in software, IT services, internet and had made successful exits, including acquisitions by strategic investors and a public listing on the NYSE. Eric holds a MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University.

P. Murali Mohana Rao

Mr. P. Murali Mohana Rao is a very successful financial entrepreneur and chartered accountant and has obtained his fellow membership from “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” in 1989. He is the founder of P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, one of the leading firms in Hyderabad, India. P. Murali & Co has served as auditors, taxation expert for many large publicly listed Indian corporates. The practice also provides corporate finance advisory services and has advised clients on many IPOs and helped raising capital from domestic Indian as well as global markets. Mr Rao serves as an independent director on the board of Power Finance Corporation Limited, which is a USD 8 billion market cap listed company, backed by the government of India to fund power projects in India. He was also appointed as the Public Nominee Director by SEBI for Hyderabad Stock Exchange.

Mary Ho

Mary Ho  is a founding partner and managing director of Silver Spring Capital, based in Hong Kong. She focuses on alternative investment mainly in China-India cross border infrastructure transactions. Prior to joining Silver Spring, Mary had worked in corporate banking and treasury in Hong Kong; regulated sales and private banking in the UK at various divisions at the HBOS Group (Halifax Bank of Scotland Group) and was the Chief Representative of Bank of Scotland International under The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA). Mary is an Advanced Management Program (AMP) alumni of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and has an MBA with distinction from The University of Birmingham Business School.
