Our alternative investments strategies are active alpha seeking strategies in private and public space with a combination of private equity and hedge fund structures. In private strategies we tend to work closely with the founders and entrepreuners; while in the listed strategies, we utilize a combination of bottom up asset selection across the capital structure with quantitative hedging or macro overlays to generate absolute returns.

Our unique access to entrepreuners in India and China with deep connections with business and government leaders gives us a dealflow that is unique and not easily accesible to other GPs. Further a unique investor pool of ultra high net-worths and entrepreunerial wealth, give us the ability to originate direct deals for principal investing and capital syndication.

Our Alliance partner, P Murali & Co, has a distinguished track record with over 50 transactions in the IPO, M&A and cross-border financing for large listed Indian corporates. Our services in India include corporate finance practice with significant M&A advisory and IPO capabilities, structuring FDI and helping firms in India tap both the domestic and the international capital markets for growth capital and cross border deal flows. Our services in China include M&A advisory and private equity, helping international investors grow their presence in China via M&A and strategic investments, while helping firms in China tap both the domestic and the international capital markets for growth capital.
